We read everything that arrives. Corrections get priority, because a wrong figure on a reference site is worse than no figure at all.
We normally reply within two business days. If you do not hear back within a week, check your spam folder and then write again — occasionally messages do not reach us.
What to write about
Data corrections
If a price, market capitalisation, supply figure or ranking looks wrong, tell us which asset page and what you expected to see. Include a link to the source you are comparing against. Bear in mind that our figures are volume-weighted averages across many exchanges and refresh hourly, so they will never match any single exchange exactly — that is expected, not an error.
Content corrections
Our written explainers are generated with machine assistance and are not individually verified by a human before publication, so factual errors do happen. If you spot one — an outdated claim, a wrong launch date, a description of a project that no longer matches reality — please tell us which page and what is wrong. This is the single most useful thing you can send us.
Project teams
If you represent a project and want a description corrected, write to us with the specific inaccuracy and a link to your official documentation showing the correct position. We will fix genuine errors.
Two things we will not do: accept payment for a listing, a review or a ranking position, and remove accurate but unflattering information. Our listing is ordered by market capitalisation computed from third-party data, and we have no mechanism to move an asset up it.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise any right under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA — access, correction, erasure, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent — write to the address above with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
Advertising and partnerships
For display advertising, affiliate arrangements or data partnerships, write with "Partnership" in the subject line and tell us what you have in mind.
Legal and copyright
For takedown requests, trademark matters or other legal correspondence, use "Legal" in the subject line and include enough detail for us to identify the material in question.
What we cannot help with
We are an information site, not a financial service. We cannot:
- give investment, tax or legal advice, or tell you what to buy or sell;
- recover funds lost to a scam, a hack, a failed exchange or a lost private key;
- help with an account, deposit or withdrawal at any exchange — we do not operate one and have no access to any;
- intervene in a dispute with a third party you reached through a link on this site.
If you have lost money to fraud, report it to the police and to the financial regulator in your country. Please also be aware that "recovery services" advertising the ability to retrieve stolen crypto are, with very few exceptions, a second fraud aimed at victims of the first.
A note on security
We will never contact you first asking for a private key, a seed phrase, a password or a payment. Anyone doing so while claiming to represent this site is impersonating us. Report it to the address above.
